    Thepany official announced that the participatory power extended to distribution meetings. For the first time, Jasper tasted what it meant to truly be the top tier of power.


    The taste of power was euphoric, but also made him more alert. Jasper was very clear of what had allowed him to get this much. To return the favor, he promptly proposed two ns. Firstly, to continue therge investment flow towards TitaTitan Star, and secondly, to deepen cooperation with the Sr System, especially Earth.

    As the Group’s meeting ended, Jasper returned to his new office and opened his Skylink to see tens of unread messages. They were all congrattory. It seemed like these were not ordinary yboys as well, to have already heard the news. The matter of the CPD contract was still not officially announced. Unless one was paying special attention, one would not know yet.


    Among the many messages, Jasper’s eyes shed. He had seen a special invitation.


    The invite was from Laurel, a super-hot babe. 27 years old, the jewel of Lya Sphinx and the host of the Koruna Business Club. She was the ssic opposite example of Jasper. In other words, Laurel was Lya Sphinx’s Ai Xiaolu.


    Koruna Business Club was different from other circles. Circles because of simr interests bringing people naturally together, but Koruna Business Club’s entry criteria was very strict. Firstly, one must be the heir to argepany, and this did not just depend on the family’s wealth, but also property. The Club had already been around for half a century, and be one of the most influential second-generation clubs in the Gxy. Ai Xiaolu was also a high-tier member, although she did not normally participate in its activities.


    Jasper had barely qualified for entry into the Koruna Business Club. He had the qualifications, but his individual rating was very low, and he had always been a fringe character. Any club activities were normally disseminated through the club secretaries. A personal invite from Laurel herself was indeed a first.

    “Please, it was just good luck. Please don’t tease me, Laurel.” Jasper forced a smile. Laurel was surprised. She did not expect Jasper to have changed so much.


    The moment they entered the vi, Jasper spotted Gabre, and met him with a smile.


    The two hugged for a moment, and Jasper asked. “How are things?”


    Gabre nodded. “Not as smoothly as they have gone for you. CK Group and Quark Financial Group’sbined representative. It’s a step forward.”


    Gabre was still as though in a dream. Originally, CK Group had been a lost cause, but in the end he had managed to board that gravy train. Not only had Gabre’s position as heir to CK group been secured, but CK group had also enjoyed a huge leap forward.


    And all this was simply because he had held firm in the Little Lucky Star Tita investments...


    Laurel walked over with a smile, saying: “I have a few friends I would like you to meet. Please don’t run away before that!”


    Laurel favored Jasper. Although the news had not been officially released, but she had already seen the conditions of the contract. Compared to other representatives, Jasper had secured much better conditions. It was unexinable. CPD was dominating from technology to materials.     Jasper and Gabre of course had no objections. There was an inner circle within the Club. The two of them were just minor members previously. But to warrant introductions from Laurel meant that they had made contact with the nucleus. This was the reason why they had all participated.


    As Laurel left, many stopped to exchange greetings and chat, feeling the ground for any opportunity to work together. Koruna Club’s philosophy was to create opportunity during pleasure.


    Gabre was enthusiastic, and was soon engaged in deep conversation with some strong minded guys. Jasper did not participate. Gabre was still eager to prove himself.


    Excusing himself, Jasper decided to go outside for a breath of fresh air. For some reason, he had liked the pretentious atmosphere previously, but after spending more time with Yan Xiaosu and Ye Zisu, he felt tired of it.


    Once he walked out the vi door, his expression changed.


    At the door was a very beautiful woman. She wasparable to the heroine from Fallen City.


    Their eyes met, surprised and a little embarrassed.


    “Jasper, let’s break up...”


    “Why!”


    “I feel like we’re notpatible, in terms of personality, as well as others...”


    “I can change.”

    Jasper was willing to do anything for her, but she remained adamant.

    Ingrid’s eyshes fluttered. “Jasper, long time no see. How are you?” Ingrid was not surprised that Jasper would be here. After all, his family still counted for something. Only, she did not want to just be the other half to some yboy. Her ambitions and dreams were much loftier.


    Jasper chuckled. “Doing fine, same old, same old. Just getting by. You? Why are you standing outside and noting in?”


    Ingrid smiled. “Oh, I just returned from An. I’m supposed to meet my boyfriend at the door before we go in together. You’re not just getting by, are you? Where are you working now, you look good.”


    “I’m OK, I’m in charge of thepany’s Tita Star program.” Although much time had passed, but Jasper’s heart still ached. After all, he had been serious once.


    “TitaTitan Star? So coincidental? My boyfriend is there too. Keke, perhaps the heroes have met before? I’m back this time also intending to head over for a look.”


    At this moment, a luxurious hovercar stopped on the road nearby, and arge young man stepped out.


    Ingrid’s eyes lit up. “My boyfriend is here. If you don’t mind, how about an introduction?”
